NYC Releases Vision Zero - a Tool for Mapping Traffic Crashes

New York City just released a new online tool called Vision Zero that aggregates the traffic data collected on pedestrian, bicycle and automobile injuries and fatalities across the city. The map also provides locations of Outreach and Education sites where residents can go to learn to be a safer commuter. The number of yellow and red dots representing injuries and fatalities on the map is shocking, but hopefully this tool will help there be fewer dots in the future.
