Here is a trailer for a new short documentary about the fast-paced construction of the City's first modular building.
Trailer of the upcoming short documentary on the My Micro New York, a residential project by nArchitects. The highest modular building on Manhattan to be completed in November consists of 23-34m2 living units. An exception was made for the NYC building regulations to allow such small apartments - for which there is a huge demand.
