New York City's First Modular Micro-Apartments Are Being Built Now

The New York Times published an interesting article this morning that takes the reader on a tour of My Micro NY's fabrication facility in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The company is building the modular apartments that will be part of the City's first micro-apartment complex, consisting of 55 tiny apartments that range from 260 to 360 square feet for about $2k to $3k a month in rent. It is expected to start leasing in the Spring.
