Learn to Make Italian Sausage and Peppers With a Midtown Mom and Her Son

In the latest installment of NY Daily News' EthNYC Eats series, Midtown food writer and trained chef Stephanie Ogozalek, a 5th generation American with Italian roots amongst others, teaches us how to make sausage and peppers in the Italian-American style, with help from her ten year old son.

Sausage and Peppers is the dish Stephanie Ogozalek and her son Sebastian love to cook up in their Midtown apartment. The original recipe was her mom’s but it's been changed up by later generations. […] Ogozalek, who trained at the International Culinary Center (called French Culinary Institute when she attended), once ran a small catering company. She has also worked as a food writer.
