Sorted Food is a UK Video channel that is, well, all about good food. Recently, they took a trip here to the City and wanted to learn how
to make an authentic New York-style pizza, so they hit up Bon Appétit senior food editor Alison Roman — a self-proclaimed pizza expert — to teach them how.

I told them my lists of cant’s (deep dish/stuffed crust), my list of wont’s (too many meat toppings) and my list of musts: crisp crust, not too much sauce, fresh mozzarella, tons of Parmesan, lots of olive oil, and plenty of fresh herbs.
