Bon Appétit is a new web series and YouTube channel in which you can learn tips, technique, recipes and other culinary related lessons from some of the best chefs in New York City. Some of the masters lined up for the episodes are Amanda Freitag, Mario Batali, Dale Talde and Eric Ripert amongst countless others. The series just got started, but an episode is already out: Perfecting the Meatball with the Chefs Behind The Meatball Shop.
