NeighborhoodX is a new company which seeks to compile City data, make connections and produce valuable insights about neighborhoods for buyers, renters, and investors. The team recently took City data on purchase prices and mapped using a 3D tool to show which neighborhoods have the highest purchase price per square foot values in the City. It's a good way to see which neighborhoods are still a good deal, and which are overpriced outside from the obvious.
