Zagat Takes You Inside the First-Ever Bone Broth Festival

We've written previously about the excellent bone broth being served at Brodo, but we had no idea how quickly the Broth trend would grow in NYC. It has quickly become the "it" food, and just had an entire festival in South Seas Port, dedicated solely to broth. In this video from Zagat, they head out to the fest to check it out.

An unlikely trend is heating up New York's culinary scene: broth. We recently stopped by the world's first and only Broth Fest to see what the fuss is all about.

Zagat explored the festival and interviewed several vendors, even visiting the kitchens of Baz Bagel in Nolita and Belle Reve in Tribeca to learn more about how broth is made.
