Taste Some of New York City's Finest Pho at Lower East Side's An Choi

An Choi is a local Vietnamese restaurant specializing in bánh mì sandwiches and phở noodles.

In this video from our friends at INSIDER, watch as head chef Matt Le-Khac describes and demonstrates the process of phở making from simmering the bone broth for 24 hours, to adding Vietnamese spices and charred vegetables.

A good bowl of pho will activate all five senses of your tongue. It gets your endorphins running, you know? It gets you sweating.
