The Real Deal Magazine recently poured through their data and found the ten largest real estate projects in New York City that will start development this year. There are large projects coming in 4 of the 5 boroughs (sorry Bronx!), with Queens holding four top spots on the list.
Two of the city's largest planned buildings are coming to its newest neighborhood, Hudson Yards -- but besides these Far West side towers, Queens dominated The Real Deal's list of the biggest new projects filed with the Department of Buildings in 2016. Our ranking includes four new projects planned for the borough, while Brooklyn and Staten Island both made a single appearance.
