Chef Will Horowitz of Ducks Eatery and Harry & Ida's Meat and Supply Co. in Alphabet City recently gobbled down a raw habanero to help support the new Museum of Food and Drink in Williamsburg.

I'm not sure how it supports the museum, but it is always entertaining to watch people eat hot peppers, especially famed NYC chefs!
