Vintage Times Square Video Shot With a 16mm Film Camera in 1957

In this video uploaded by professional actor Emmett Fitzsimmons, a 1957 Times Square is presented long before the Disneyfication of recent years, and even a few decades before the crime and adult theaters took over the area. This video shows a Times Square even locals would head to, with classy lights and local businesses, not block-long LED screens or Olive Gardens.

The focus of the short film is the neon lights of the advertisements, and a old-school pizzeria, all set to Frank Sinatra's iconic New York, New York.
