Vintage Photograph Shows a Streetside Peanut Stand on West 42nd Street Circa 1900

Captured around 1900, this great vintage photograph shows a vendor selling roasted peanuts to two kids from his street-side peanut stand. Though labeled as West 42nd Street, it's tough to place exactly where this spot would be today as nearly every structure between Times Square and the Hudson river has been replaced since that time.
