Blank Slate is a small café in NoMad on 30th St that serves up fast-casual small plates, coffee and teas, and a couple inventive dessert items you can't get anywhere else. Their Cake Batter Dip is exactly what it sounds like, a small jar of pudding, cake crumbs and batter mixed with sprinkles and other goodies, and some nila wafers to dip in it. If batter is not your thing, Blank Slate also makes a S'Mores Dip. Watch this video from INSIDER and try not to drool all over yourself.
