Started by amateur chef Rebeccah, Tiny Kitchen Cooking is an interesting new blog which sets out to show readers how it's very possible to cook excellent dishes in a teeny, tiny New York City kitchen.

When I'm not at work (actually--even while I am at work), I love to cook and bake. It's definitely a challenge doing so in such a small kitchen, but it's 100% doable. This blog is to show you just how you really can do anything with a small kitchen space as long as you're creative!

The first dish featured on the site is an incredible looking Parmesan Crusted Zucchini + Baked Chicken with Sautéed Spinach & Cheddar.
