In New York City, non-service-dogs are not allowed on the trains or platforms unless they are in a carrier or bag of some sort. Sometimes, New Yorkers get creative when they need to take their large pups on a journey. This super cute pup was spotted hanging out comfortably in a small suitcase, following all the rules.
