In New York City, non-service-dogs are not allowed on the trains or platforms unless they are in a carrier or bag of some sort. Sometimes, New Yorkers get creative when they need to take their large pups on a journey. Redditor LucasLarson recently spotted this super cute pup hanging out in an Ikea bag, following all the rules.
