Section 1050.9(h)1 of the MTA Rules of Conduct states:

[…] no person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers.

This super-alert llama (who might actually be a dog) was recently spotted tucked away in a bag on the New York City subway, in full compliance of all rules and regulations. We're not convinced that this animal is actually canine, but decide for yourself by checking out @dog.dad on Instagram.
