Our friends at real estate website The Real Deal recently compiled this great collection of renderings of the hottest New York City real estate development projects underway this week.
From AECOM's vision for the redevelopment of Red Hook to Karim Rashid's colorful Harlem condo project HAP Five, The Real Deal brings you the top renderings from the past week. New images were also released for the Jacob Javits Center's expansion, which could begin by the end of this year. Though the unveiling of "Vessel" got its own ceremony at Hudson Yards, Related also rolled out new renderings for its first residential tower at the Far West side megaproject. The 88-story tower launched sales earlier this week.
