Using stats from the NYC Department of Health, our friends at DNAInfo have created an interactive map highlighting the most popular baby names in the City, broken down by borough. City-wide, the most popular names are Jayden for boys and Sophia for girls, but there are different names in the top spot for each of the 5 boroughs.
Brooklyn babies were more likely to be named David and Esther, while over in Manhattan, Alexander and Emma ranked highest.
