The Boulevard is a $180 million shopping center under construction in New Dorp. Construction of the nearly 400,000-square-foot shopping center, which began in November, is slated to be complete at the end of 2019, said Joshua Weinkranz, president, northeast region of the Kimco Realty. The Boulevard, which will house 60 retailers in a multi-level "Main Street" format will replace the former Hylan Plaza.
