Stunning New Video Renderings Show One Manhattan Square, Extell's Controversial 80-Story LES Tower

One Manhattan Square is the marketing name given to the controversial newest super-tall tower being built by Extell Development in the Lower East Side.

Despite what you may think of the project, Extell sure knows how to market their product well, evidenced by this stunning video rendering showing the tower from all angles against the Lower Manhattan skyline.

If the video does one thing, it puts into perspective just how tall the building is in the context of its surroundings. But given the new influx of towers planned for the little strip just north of the Manhattan Bridge, it might not be too long before the 850-foot building blends right in. The video, as most renderings do, ignores its rival neighbors.
