Peek Inside One57, the Newest Building to be the Most Expensive in the City

According to a new report from real estate agency City Realty, the 73-story supertall midtown tower One57 is the most expensive building in the City.

The building's average price per square foot for the year was $6,010, while last year's most expensive, 15 Central Park West, came in at only $5,726. One57's average price increased 18.5% from last year, while 15 CPW's average decreased 10%.
