[VIDEO] Renderings and Construction Updates of One Manhattan Square Tower in Two Bridges

One Manhattan Square is a controversial super-tall tower being built by Extell Development in Two Bridges at the base of the Manhattan Bridge. At 80 floors, the 850-foot-tall building towers over every other building in the neighborhood by about 75 floors. In this video from Youtube channel Awesome SkyscraperProject, see how the building is coming together.

The building will stand 72 stories or 850 feet (259 m) above the street, and will possibly have a new supermarket in the tower's base. A 13-story affordable housing component will be located separately on-site from the main tower, and completion is currently expected in 2019.
