We are currently mid-snow-storm with no signs of snowfall stopping anytime soon, but that isn't stopping the New York City Department of Sanitation from hitting the streets, clearing the path for cars, trucks, buses and feet. To track the snowplow and spreader progress, the City has setup the very-cool PlowNYC map which shows you what streets have been plowed and when.

Bonus: Click over to the "Snow Removal Designation" tab near the bottom and you can see how important the City considers your street for snow clearing.
