Real estate search website Zumper recently analyzed their data and compiled the list of major metropolitan areas in the United States which have the highest median rents for a 1-bedroom apartment. Of course New York City is on the list with a whopping $2,980 per month, but our City is only #2 on the list. We have to feel bad a little for our San Francisco peers, who are shelling out $3,700 for the same size apartment! Check out the accompanying article for more.
