Kennelly uses her mother’s classic recipe but adds some personal touches, like cutting the cooking time significantly by using an electric pressure cooker for 35 minutes instead of the traditional stovetop pressure cooker used by her mom […] She also uses rosemary, onions and garlic to make her steak. “I like cooking some of my mom’s recipes but with more flavor,” Kennelly says. “She wasn’t as familiar with herbs and spices besides salt and pepper.”
