Learn to Make Swiss Steak with Stephanie Kennelly from Queens Foodie Mama and EthNYC Eats

In the latest installment of NY Daily News' EthNYC Eats series, Stephanie Kennelly, the foodie behind Queens Foodie Mama shares her mom's recipe for Swiss Steak with homemade pasta.

Kennelly uses her mother’s classic recipe but adds some personal touches, like cutting the cooking time significantly by using an electric pressure cooker for 35 minutes instead of the traditional stovetop pressure cooker used by her mom […] She also uses rosemary, onions and garlic to make her steak. “I like cooking some of my mom’s recipes but with more flavor,” Kennelly says. “She wasn’t as familiar with herbs and spices besides salt and pepper.”
