Eleven Madison Park Has a Fancy Robot That Makes Michelin Grade Doughnuts

James Beard award winning chef Daniel Humm's Eleven Madison Park in the Flatiron District is one of six 3-star Michelin Restaurants in New York City.

While you would expect every aspect of Eleven Madison Park's menu to be expertly handcrafted to perfection, you probably wouldn't guess that at least one of their dessert components has been expertly crafted by a robot: a doughnut making robot. Watch this video from our friends at Eater New York to see how it works.

Eleven Madison Park is known as the height of fine dining in New York City — but the restaurant also knows how to have fun. Watch the video above for a peek at EMP’s doughnut robot, the machine responsible for churning out perfectly golden mini treats at events and parties throughout the year.
