The City of New York is trying to make good on its 10-year-old promise to expand Bushwick Inlet Park from a paltry five-acres to 28 acres by purchasing the land occupied by CitiStorage warehouse next door. The City's Deputy Mayor for Housing and Economic Development recently sent this formal offer letter to the land owner for $100 million.
