Redditor theguywhos recently captured this silky smooth Hyper Lapse video in DUMBO, showing one of the Manhattan Bridge towers from Bridge St. and Washington St., walking towards the water. If you look carefully, you can see the Empire State Building in between the metal legs of the tower.
