Alfonso Pastry Shoppe is a well-known Italian bakery on Staten Island that, amongst other delicious items, makes an incredible Italian Rainbow Doughunut.

Owner Anthony Campitiello says his staff has been making the doughnuts for about six months and they are only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
