Ai Weiwei Will Install Over 100 Fence Sculptures in New York City This Fall

New York City based Chinese artist Ai Weiwei will bring over 100 metal fence-like installations and sculptures to the City this Fall as part of a new installation titled "Good Fences Make Good Neighbors", commisioned by the Public Art Fund.

The exhibition, which opens on Oct. 12, was commissioned […] to celebrate the organization’s 40th anniversary and will comprise about 10 major fence-themed installations and scores of smaller works spread across multiple boroughs, including Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.
