Zagat Takes You Inside the New Dominique Ansel Kitchen in the West Village

Dominique Ansel Kitchen in the West Village has only been open for a few months, but is already stirring up quite a storm in the baked-goods arena for it’s unique made-to-order pastries and desserts from fresh ingredients. In this video from Zagat, senior editor Kelly Dobkin heads over the Kitchen to see what it’s all about.

You won’t find any Cronuts at Dominique Ansel’s new bakery, but the pastry chef’s latest venture is just as creative and whimsical — desserts such as chocolate mousse and lemon tarts, all made-to-order.

Check out the menu for more info on what is offered at Dominique Ansel Kitchen.
