"What if Manhattan..." Shows the City Desolate and Deserted to Raise Awareness for Syrian Refugees

The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) created this haunting video of Manhattan with it's residents completely removed. It is reminiscent of I am Legend, but the subject is a bit more serious than the Zombie Apocalypse. The video was made to draw a comparison between the population of Manhattan and the number of children who have been forced to flee Syria over the past few years.

More than 1.5 million people live in Manhattan. If this happened to all of them, would you notice?
