Watch Willy Wonka Come to Manhattan in This New Trailer For Broadway's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Willy Wonka comes to Manhattan in this new trailer for a Broadway musical version of the classic tale, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.?tag=viewingnyc-20 This teaser video, made by advertising agency AKA NYC shows Willy Wonka in his trademark clothes begin to work his candy magic at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge.

As the campaign continues, new content will roll out featuring additional sights including Dumbo, the Staten Island Ferry, Times Square, Central Park's Bethesda Fountain and Grand Central Station. According to AKA, the final film will see the eccentric candy maker "work his magic on some of New York's most familiar landmarks…with spectacularly sweet results."

Tickets for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the Broadway musical, will go on September 17th for a run starting in April 2017.
