Fort Greene resident Liam Quigley recently spotted this horrifying image of about a dozen fully grown rats partying in some bags of trash outside of his local deli.

He then decided to loop in the New York City Department of Sanitation, who also looped in 311 via Twitter, yet ultimately, decided to break up the party himself.
