Walking the High Line, a Fantastic Vignette of Chelsea's Elevated Park

German filmmaker Daniel Thurau recently visited our City and couldn't pass up a chance to create this great little vignette of The High Line, and it's surrounding neighborhoods in Chelsea and the Meatpacking District.

The High Line is a public park built on a historic freight rail line elevated above the streets on Manhattan’s West Side. It runs from Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District to West 34th Street, between 10th and 12th Avenues. This clip shows some of its beauty during the sunset hours - what a wonderful park!

Check out his portfolio (in German) for more of Thurau's work.
