[VIDEO] Take a Ride on a Vintage 1910 Subway Car From Grand Central to Woodlawn and Back

Local transit historian and railfan Dj Hammers makes tons of great videos showing how subway transit works and runs in the City. In this recent upload to YouTube, Dj Hammers captures a ride on a vintage IRT Low-V subway car from the 1910s, as seen from the motorman's perspective.

The museum Low-V cars have a front window that passengers can see out of. Quite the view!! This video was taken on a museum train excursion that visited Woodlawn Cemetery. Tickets for excursions like this are available on the Transit Museum's website
