Check Out the MTA's Nostalgic "Train of Many Colors" in Action Through NYC Subway

Local transit historian and railfan Dj Hammers makes tons of great videos showing how subway transit works and runs in the City. In this recent upload to YouTube, Dj Hammers captures the New York Transit Museum's vintage Train of Many Colors moving throughout the City on one of their Nostalgia Rides, all in glorious 4k.

A great time was had by all at this wonderful NY Transit Museum ‘Nostalgia Ride’, in which a consist made up of an R17, R33MLs, R33WFs, and R36WFs carried ticket holders to a special baseball game. This video shows various scenes from both during the trip as well as the transfer operations the occured before and after. Enjoy!
