[VIDEO] Smoking No Longer Allowed In New York City Public Housing

In a big win for just about everybody, smoking is now prohibited in, and around, all New York City public housing buildings in order to comply with new federal laws requiring health and safety overhauls of government assisted living. Learn more in this short clip from CBS News.
