New York City based videographer Daniel Skoldberg recently created this candidly shot mini-documentary on the smoking culture in New York City and how willing these smokers are to break smoking and littering laws in order to satiate their need for nicotine. The problem of willful and casual disobedience of these laws in not unique to New York City, but because of our confined spaces and density, it is much more apparent here.
