Property developer Bruce Eichner built the Madison Square Park Towers in New York City. Here's a look inside one of its $20 million apartments. There are a total of 83 apartments and 65 floors. Eichner says it's a surreal experience taking in the 360-degree view. The building has been under construction since 2014.
