VIDEO: Momofuku Nishi's "Bleeding" Vegetarian Impossible Burger Reviewed

Last week, we shared the Impossible Burger found at Momofuku Nishi in Chelsea. What's remarkable about this burger is that it is purported to "bleed", giving off juices much like a medium-rare beef burger would.

In this video from Royal Beach Empire, watch as a few diners review the new burger to see if it lives up to the hype.

The Royal Beach Empire crew recently decided to get our hands on the new Impossible Burger made by Impossible Foods, a faux meat and cheese lab based out of California. It was released a few weeks ago and is currently only available here in New York City. It retails for $12 but reportedly costs around $20 to produce the patty so you can already be assured that you are getting a good deal.

Check out the accompanying article for more on the Impossible Burger.
