In front of the building, a man in baggy pants and a hoodie stacks black garbage bags on the corner. At 5-feet-4 inches, the pile is taller than he is. At 47 years old, this handyman is one of the fastest marathoners in the world for his age group. And unlike other runners his age, Memo Morales isn’t slowing down. He’s getting faster.
