[VIDEO] Here are New York City's Top Architects by Project Square Footage

Do you know which architects are developing the biggest projects in the City? Real estate website and magazine The Real Deal recently crunched the numbers and came up with the top five architects according to the combined square footage of the projects they are currently working on. It's all part of their 2017 NYC Data Book:

The 2017 edition explores both the residential and commercial sides of the industry, as well new development and the city's topsy-turvy luxury market. It also offers a look at the records broken in 2016, like the most expensive listing ever offered, a $250 million spread at 220 Central Park South. As a teaser, watch the video above to see the top New York architects, ranked by total square footage of projects.
