Underneath The Streets Of Crown Heights, Cheese is Being Aged To Perfection

The practice of aging cheese below ground is often done in Europe, but unbeknownst to many New Yorkers, this is also practiced by Crown Finish Caves right in Brooklyn. We've come across this place before, but thought they deserve another posting seeing that their approach on making cheese is so creative and unique. The couple behind the ingenuity, revels over their cheese endeavors as they give Curbed a tour of the caves.
