This Website is Documenting the City's Street Art One Door at a Time

Doorway Galleries is an interesting photo blog from local photographer, artist and musician Adel Souto in which he documents doorways and the art contained within them from all around the City.

Here, concrete walls run as costly as ad space, forcing many to seek the darkest nooks of this unfair metropolis, so as to tend to their craft. Much of the time, this turns a doorway into an art space, and other times the tangled mess turns the door itself into an art piece. This is their work, in its natural environment. I just try to capture it, before it's cleaned up.

Check out Forgotten Rides for more of Souto's work.
