This Hidden Steakhouse in Tribeca Serves Up Some of the City's Best BBQ

Holy Ground is a new steakhouse in Tribeca that is a little tough to find. However, once you do find it, you are in for some of New York City's best barbecue served up through unique, modern dishes. Learn more about the restaurant and menu in this short video from our friends at Thrillist.

When Franco Vlasic and Nathan Lithgow set out to open Holy Ground in NYC, they knew they weren’t going to be the most traditional barbecue place. In fact, as two outsiders to the cuisine, they decided they could really push the bounds on what was considered to be barbecue. Whether that be smoking a prime rib for two hours, plating up healthy sides like their broccoli salad, or serving flaming hot Manhattan wings. With Holy Ground, Vlasic and Lithgow have managed to combine the best elements of a steakhouse with the best elements of a barbecue joint in one speakeasy space.
