There is Beauty to be Found in the Bottom of a Park Slope Restaurant's Slop Bucket

A new blog titled SlopArt has popped up featuring surprisingly beautiful photos of the bottom of a restaurant slop bucket. It is an experiment by photographer and part-time waitress Alyssa Blumstein, who sometimes waits tables in a Park Slope restaurant. Every day she photographs the kitchen's slop bucket, calling it "an appreciation of fine slop from your friendly NYC waitstaff."
