The New Forker is a cool new interactive map that shows each and every restaurant ever reviewed by The New Yorker's Table for Two column since 2005, along with a snippet of the review, and the star ratings from the magazine and Yelp.

The site was created as a weekend project by software engineer Reed Kavner. On why he created the project, Kavner says:

The reviews in the Tables for Two columns aren't really reviews. They're colorful and usually complimentary profiles of some of New York’s most interesting eateries, and they often leave me wanting to experience the places for myself. Having them mapped out and pre-Yelped makes that easier.

Check out the interactive site to play around with the data.
